How We Collect SMS Consent
When you provide your phone number on our contact form, you will see the following consent checkbox:
This checkbox must be voluntarily selected by you before we send any SMS messages.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. You may receive messages related to appointments, service updates, or responses to your inquiries. Promotional messages, if opted into, will be limited to no more than 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any SMS messages you receive from us. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from EverMo Solutions at any time by:
- Texting STOP to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us at connect@evermosolutions.com
- Calling our office during business hours
After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can opt in by contacting us.

Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. However, carrier support may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery on all networks.
Privacy
Your phone number and any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
